- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪New parking restrictions at Barry Hospital.Have received notice of fine imposed. Was parked for 30 minutes in disabled bay ( displaying Blue Badge.) Did not 'register' car immediately only as I left after my appointment (no longer than half an hour). Reception not open but lady from cashier office helped me register.
